All services are by appointment only. This keeps wait times at zero and ensures your specialist is fully prepared for you.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve any appointment, regardless of how you plan to pay. Your card is held securely and is only charged in the cases described below.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the card on file is automatically charged a no-show fee per the amount shown at booking.
Cancellations made within the cancellation window are subject to a late-cancellation fee. Please give as much notice as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else.
Arriving late may shorten your service so the next guest isn't affected. Significant delays may be treated as a missed appointment.
You may pay by card at your visit, or pay cash in person for a 10% discount. A card is still held on file either way.
